ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS, PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES, TEAM WORKSHOPS, CUSTOM-TAILORED RETREATS, OR WHATEVER YOU HAVE IN MIND.

I WORK WITH: RETREAT CENTRES, HEALING FACILITATORS, STUDIO OWNERS AND THOSE WHO ORGANIZE CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS.

* A LITTLE BACKSTORY

Iā€™m a Certified Yoga Instructor with 700+ hours of formal training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, & Prenatal Yoga, Breathing techniques, Ayurveda, and 300+ hours Vipassana training. I have experience working in Senior Care. Iā€™ve also studied Palliative Care Core Concepts & Birth Doula practice.

I practise Bodhichitta, the Sanskit word used to describe an awakened mind, motivated to work towards the liberation of all beings. I use movement, meditation, and music to promote health, happiness, and healing in community.


FUN FACT: Before I discovered my passion for yoga, I worked 10+ years in Canadian journalism and media.
